Imported from the USA, as listed for this product.

The material is solid at room temperature and softens when heated to improve contact between the component and cooler. Check the required contact-area dimensions before ordering: a 30 x 30mm sheet is not a universal fit for every CPU or GPU.

Specifications

Material: Honeywell PTM7950 phase-change thermal interface material.

Sheet size: 30 x 30 x 0.2mm.

Manufacturer-listed thermal conductivity: 8.5 W/m·K.

Manufacturer-listed thermal impedance: 0.04–0.08 °C·cm²/W; actual results depend on the assembly and operating conditions.

Package Includes

1 x PTM7950 30 x 30 x 0.2mm sheet with protective films.

Wet and dry cleaning wipes.

Installation

Clean the mating surfaces, cut the sheet to the required contact area where appropriate, remove both protective films and fit the cooler using the correct mounting pressure.
