Great service. The Owner is extremely nice and I had some really weird issues with my PC and I couldn't fix it anywhere. But I contacted AEPC and they got me a quotation and guranteed 5 days immidiate fixing. I was astonished by their pace and their work ethic. There are also free mints in the store which is extremely tasty. Overall the experience of the service is one of the most exceptional services I had in Auckland. And the problem solving is also sensational.

Consultation

We begin with a consultation either in person at our workshop, over the phone, or via email. Whatever your needs, our PC builders in NZ listen carefully and ask the right questions to understand your priorities. 

During your consultation, we’ll discuss:

  • Your budget and timeline

Proposal

Once we understand your needs, we craft a detailed proposal tailored to your requirements. Our custom PC builders will recommend components that align with your intended use, budget, performance expectations, and build timeline.

If you have questions or need to request changes, we’ll work with you to refine the specifications until you’re completely satisfied. Once you approve the proposal and we've confirmed component availability, we'll provide a firm quote and estimated completion date.
Assembly and Delivery

As soon as we receive approval, our skilled technicians will bring your custom PC to life. Whether you’re working with us as your gaming PC builder or want a professional workstation, the assembly process involves the careful installation of all components, adhering to industry best practices. This includes professional cable management for optimal airflow and aesthetics, the proper application of thermal paste and cooling solutions, and the secure mounting of all drives, fans, and expansion cards. 
Before your system leaves our workshop, it undergoes comprehensive testing to ensure everything works perfectly.
When you collect your new PC from our location, we'll walk you through the system, demonstrate its capabilities, and answer any questions you may have. If you need assistance with setup at home, we're happy to provide guidance. We also offer ongoing support for any issues that arise later, including emergency PC repairs
