Where are you based in East Auckland?

Do I need to book a repair appointment?

Yes. Normal appointment hours are 10am–5pm. Call or email with your computer model and the problem so we can arrange a suitable time for you to visit.

Can I arrange urgent support outside normal hours?

Urgent 24-hour support is by arrangement and subject to availability; fee apply. Please call first to discuss the problem. Repair timing depends on the fault, assessment and any parts required.

Do you repair laptops, desktops and gaming PCs?

Yes. We help with laptop, desktop and gaming PC faults, including startup problems, overheating, crashes and slow performance. We also assess compatible storage, memory and hardware upgrades. Please tell us the exact model when you contact us.
