30 x 30 x 0.2mm phase-change thermal interface sheet for suitable CPU and GPU cooler contact surfaces. Imported from the USA, as listed for this product.

The material is solid at room temperature and softens when heated to improve contact between the component and cooler. Check the required contact-area dimensions before ordering: a 30 x 30mm sheet is not a universal fit for every CPU or GPU.

Installation

Clean the mating surfaces, cut the sheet to the required contact area where appropriate, remove both protective films and fit the cooler using the correct mounting pressure. Confirm that a 0.2mm interface sheet is suitable for the application; it is not a substitute for a thicker gap-filling pad.
